The minor has been sent for medical examination to check for penetrative assault. Following a tip-off, a Child Welfare Committee (CWC) team, led by chairperson Vidyaa Ramkumar, raided a house in a residential neighbourhood where Thierry Gagner, Director of Hopigo and Missions Humanitarians, an NGO, was living with a family from Odisha. The CWC team said the accused Thierry Gagner owned four flats in the locality, where he had adopted a family of four children from Odisha and was sponsoring their education in Puducherry.
