BJP is going against Constitution: Siddaramaiah on BS Yeddyurappa swearing-in as Karnataka CM
Bengaluru (Karnataka), May 17 : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief ministerial candidate B.S. Yeddyurappa took oath as 23rd Chief Minister of Karnataka on Thursday. Speaking about the swearing-in ceremony of Yeddyurappa, former CM of Karnataka Siddaramaiah said, ?The matter is pending before the Court. We will go to the people and we will tell them how BJP is going against the Constitution.? Soon after the swearing-in ceremony, senior Congress leaders, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ashok Gehlot and former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah gathered at Mahatma Gandhi's statue in Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru to protest against BS Yeddyurappa's swearing-in as CM of Karnataka.
