Aircel-Maxis: ED may file charge sheet against Karti Chidambaram

NEW DELHI: The ED is required to record a new charge sheet in the Aircel-Maxis illegal tax avoidance case tomorrow, relating to the part of previous Finance serve P Chidambaram's child Karti in the arrangement, official sources said today. The charge sheet, called the indictment protestation in the Enforcement Directorate (ED) speech, is relied upon to be recorded under the watchful eye of the court of unique judge O P Saini. It is relied upon to underline the part of Karti and others, they said. The organization has addressed and recorded the announcement of Karti for this situation no less than twice, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Karti was addressed out of the blue by the ED regarding the case which is identified with the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) endorsement conceded in 2006 for this situation by his dad. The ED guarantees that an affirmed installment of Rs 26 lakh was made via Aircel Televentures Limited to ASCPL, a firm purportedly connected to Karti, inside a couple of long periods of this FIPB endorsement, the office had asserted.
