Institute of Design & Technology ‘FASHIONOVA’18 dazzles attendees
New Delhi [India], June 19 (ANI): The biggest fashion extravaganza of the year, FASHIONOVA'18 witnessed fabulous performances by second and third year students at Sarsana Platinum Hall on June 17th. Collaboration is a crucial aspect of the professional world and we, at IDT, encourage students to work together because it mimics the work that they will do in their professional careers. It's been a great experience to see Amit Mohan Mittal (Joint Commissioner Income Tax), Anuj Kulshrestha (President of Newspaper-HINDI-GAURAV in Australia), Rakesh Saraowgi (Laxmipati), Manoj Agarwal (Diamond Textile Park) and Dhaval Dadia (Director DCC) as our guests of honor, who interacted with the students - to view their work, offer feedback, and take a genuine interest in the programs, as well as the industry projects our students are participating in. FASHIONOVA'18 was organized with an idea to carve out the niche in the textile industry, thereby giving students the extra exposure to what exactly the Surat market demands from the professional designers. The students diverse spirit, ideas, and passions reflected in every garment they showcased. The International Designer Neeta Lulla presence as the technical Jury gave us an additional privilege in terms of shaping the GenNnext Designers of IDT. Neeta Lulla is a big name in the fashion Industry and her suggestions proved to be an icing on the cake. The models walked the ramp gracefully but the beautiful Miss Fenil Umrigar-the SHOWSTOPPER stole the entire show. IDT owes gratitude to our associates-LAXMIPATI, PARVATI, AALIA, RUDRA and ELAICHI for having faith in us and supporting our students to design masterpieces. Last but not the least; a company's success is driven by teamwork, not just by individuals because it takes a combined effort to achieve the success. So, IDT thanks all the Team members for your contribution and being so wonderful throughout the event. Choreography: Keyur Desai with top model of India Show Stopper: Fenil Umriger.
