TDP MPs continue protest demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh

New Delhi, Aug 03 (ANI): Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MPs on Friday continued their two week-long protest demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh. The MPs gathered in Parliament premises in front of Gandhi statue to get their voices heard. The MPs raised slogans on the special status issue. Andhra Pradeshs ruling party and the Centre have been at loggerheads over the special status issue for the past few months. TDP MP Jayadev Galla said, We have realized that as long as Modi-Shah regime is in power no justice is coming to Andhra Pradesh. We are fighting inside and outside of Parliament to bring this to a conclusion that the 2019 General elections should be the downfall of the Modi-Shah regime.
