Vyapam-accused gets ticket from Congress for MP assembly polls
Anuppur (Madhya Pradesh), Nov 07 (ANI): Congress risks disarming its own campaign in Madhya Pradesh as it give ticket to Vyapam-accused Phundelal Singh Marko from Pusprajgarh constituency. It is to be noted that Congress president Rahul Gandhi has been quite vocal against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government over the Vyapam scam. According to Vyapam scam whistleblower, Ashish Chaturvedi, Marko and his son were named as accused by state Special Task Force (STF). Neither has apparently got a clean chit yet. Last week, Gulab Singh Kirar, another political leader accused in Vyapam scam joined Congress. However, Congress on facing strong criticism made a U-turn.
