Bulandshahr violence: Main accused Yogesh Raj arrested
Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh), Jan 03 (ANI): Police arrested Yogesh Raj, the main accused in the unfortunate Bulandshahr violence case which took place on December 03, last year. The violent clashes over the presence of illegal animal slaughterhouses in Bulandshahr had resulted in the death of two individuals. Yogesh Raj was nabbed with the help of local leaders of the region. Raj was the Bulandshahr district convenor of the Bajrang Dal, youth wing of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. Violent clashes erupted when carcasses of 25 cattle were found in forests close to a police post in Bulandshahr. As many as 25 accused have been arrested in connection with the violence that took place in the town earlier this month.
